Booking - fees and payment

 

The Fees payable are as published on the Website and in GBP only. 

The Fees ( inclusive Vat) are payable  by bank transfer,   Please ensure you provide a transaction reference number; We will send you all  our bank details in an e mail

If you , your employer or organisation is paying the Fees and wishes to be invoiced, please write to us on their headed paper and send a company purchase order 

 

Minimum age

We cannot accept your application unless you are aged 18 or over,

 

Cancellation fees

​

You may cancel the Contract after the Cancellation Period but before the Course starts by giving us written notice via e mail 14 days before the course starts you will entitled to a refund minus £50 for admin . If its within 14 days you will not be entitled to a refund unless you can find a replacement student

 

Our cancellation rights

 

We may cancel the Contract no later than 14 working days before the Course starts if there is low demand for the Course in which case you can either:

you do not pay the Fees when you are supposed to;

you share Course content with any third party without our prior written permission.

 

Postponement of course

 

If a class is postponed for reasons for which we are responsible, including staff illness, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the class or to add the missed hours on to the remaining Course classes.

 

Data protection

We committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Privacy Policy to take   in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This is to set out your rights about the personal data we hold about you and how -------- and any 3rd parties we engage with collect, handle and protect your personal data, and the choices you have about it.  Should we ask for certain information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this document and our fair processing policy.
